It does not include steering gear, electronic speed controller, electronic switches, remote control equipment, batteries, etc.The WTC needs to be purchased separately and is not included in the submarine kit.Paint and glue are also not included in the hull kit.You can choose to purchase from the list on the web page.
WTC ARTR included:	The assembled WTC contains electrical parts such as motors and water pumps. It only needs to be installed into the hull to realize the navigation and diving functions of the submarine model. However, the finished WTC product does not include remote control equipment, batteries, steering gears, and electronics.
